The Training Problem
Around the same time, we saw training courses fall short of minimum standards. Then a sharp, capable new graduate joined our team—strong on theory, but missing the field sense no classroom can teach. It wasn’t his fault. It’s an institutional gap I now see across the industry.
The Realization
