Who is Full Gauge Wellbore Services?

Full Gauge Wellbore Services LLC operates two divisions out of Texas: Training Services and Downhole Tools & Accessories. Our registered business address is 5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731.

What am I actually buying when I enroll in a course?

Access to that specific course, in whichever format it's offered: live virtual sessions, weekly recorded sessions, or a mix of both. It's not a subscription, and it's not a guarantee of a credential, certification, or job outcome. Course details, dates, and pricing are exactly as shown on the course page at the time you buy. You may purchase access for the course's advertised duration, or extend that access for an additional fee.

Who processes my payment?

Paddle.com Market Ltd handles it as our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment and applies the sales tax or VAT required for your location.

Can I share, resell, or repost the course materials?

No. Slides, workbooks, recordings, and any downloadable materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Do I get a certificate when I finish a course?

Where a certificate is offered, it's issued at our discretion based on attendance and/or completing any assessment. On its own, it isn't a professional license or a third-party accreditation (such as IWCF or IADC) unless the course page says otherwise.

How do quotes and orders work for downhole tools and equipment?

Quotes are estimates and aren't binding until we confirm your order in writing. Lead times, freight, customs duties on international shipments, and manufacturer warranty terms are set out in your order confirmation and can vary by supplier.

How does tax work on my purchase?

Course prices are shown exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. The applicable U.S. state sales tax or international VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on where you are, and fulfilling that tax obligation is your responsibility. Paddle collects and remits it to the right tax authority as our Merchant of Record.

Who owns the content on this site?

The Full Gauge name, logo, "Setting the Benchmark" tagline, and all site and course content belong to Full Gauge Wellbore Services LLC or its licensors, and can't be copied or reused without written permission.

Are you liable if something goes wrong after I take a course or buy a tool?

Our training content is educational only. It does not replace your own site-specific engineering judgment, well control decisions, professional engineer sign-off, or your employer's safety procedures, and Full Gauge Wellbore Services LLC is not responsible for how you or your organization applies that content in the field. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your use of our courses, materials, or tools, and our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific course or order.

What law governs these terms, and can they change?

Texas law governs these terms. We may update them from time to time; the most recent version is always the one posted here, dated above.

Refund Policy

I need to cancel a course. Can I get a refund?

Every course runs on a schedule from its first session date, whether it's delivered as live virtual sessions, recorded content released week by week, or a mix of both, so refunds follow how far out you cancel from that first session date:

  • More than 7 days before the first session: full refund (100%).
  • 3 to 7 days before the first session: 50% refund.
  • 2 days or fewer before the first session, or after it has started: no refund.

For example, if a course's first session is a Friday, cancelling any time before the preceding Friday gets a full refund, cancelling from that Friday through the following Tuesday gets 50% back, and cancelling the Wednesday or Thursday right before it starts gets no refund.

Can I move to a later date instead of getting a refund?

No, we don't offer transfers between dates or formats. If your plans change, the refund terms above apply, and you're welcome to purchase that course again separately when it's next offered.

What if Full Gauge cancels or reschedules a course?

You'll receive a full refund if you'd rather not attend the rescheduled date or switch to a different course instead.

If I get a partial refund and buy the course again later, do I keep my early-bird price?

No. Early-bird and promotional pricing applies only to the specific purchase window it was offered in.

Are downhole tools and equipment orders refundable?

All completion tools and equipment orders are B2B and final sale. Where you've requested certifications or test reports (material certs, mill test reports, inspection or NDT reports, and similar), we provide them before the order ships so you can review and approve them. Once you approve those documents and the order ships, the sale is final.

How and when will I actually get my money back?

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. To request one, email fullgaugewellbore@outlook.com with your name and transaction ID.

Should I file a chargeback with my bank if something's wrong?

Please contact us first. Most issues get resolved faster working directly with us than through a card dispute.

Privacy Notice

What information do you collect?

Your name and email for course enrollments. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics on this site, a cookieless analytics tool: it doesn't use tracking cookies or any personal identifier, and it doesn't follow you across other sites. It only reports aggregate numbers, like how many people visited a page.

Do you ever see my card number?

No. Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, collects and processes your payment details directly. We never see or store your card number.

What do you use my information for?

To respond to your inquiry, confirm and support your course enrollment or tools order, send receipts and confirmations, and improve our services. We don't sell your personal information.

I'm outside the United States. Does that matter?

Your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. Paddle automatically applies the tax treatment (VAT, GST, or similar) required for your location. Any rights you have over your own data follow the privacy laws that apply where you live; we don't accept liability beyond what those laws require of us.

How long do you keep my information?

As long as we need it to provide our services, and as long as tax and accounting recordkeeping rules require.

Is this site meant for children?

No. Our site and services are aimed at working professionals and are not intended for anyone under 18.

Can this notice change?
